This app is made by Keepsake Curators LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute it. If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's own standard licence terms also apply, and where they conflict with these terms for App Store users, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs.
The Nebraska counties game is free and stays free. The optional Full Catalog Unlock is a one-time purchase — not a subscription, with nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. It permanently unlocks the US state, territory, government, tribal, Canadian, and Mexican catalogs for the store account that bought it.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies — we never receive your payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves. Your unlock is tied to the store account that bought it and does not transfer between accounts or between the App Store and Google Play. Use Restore in the app's Settings tab to re-apply it on a new or reset device.
This is a game about watching for license plates from a moving vehicle. If you are the driver, don't use the app while driving. Hand the phone to a passenger or check plates off after you've stopped. Watching for plates is your responsibility, and it must never come before safe and lawful driving. We are not responsible for anything that happens as a result of using the app in a vehicle.
County numbers, facts, populations, and other information in the app are compiled from public records and provided for entertainment and general interest. We try hard to get them right and we fix reported errors, but we don't warrant that everything is accurate, complete, or current. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the State of Nebraska, any county, any US state or territory, any Canadian province, any Mexican state, or any government agency.
Your game progress lives on your device. See the privacy policy for the full picture. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't recover your progress if you delete the app, reset it, or lose the device.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be described in the app's release notes, and the effective date above will be updated.
